How is fabric cut and sold?

All fabric is cut in 50cm increments. When ordering, select the quantity based on how many 50cm units you need. For example, a quantity of 2 equals 1 metre (100cm) of fabric. We cut continuously, so if you order a quantity of 4, you'll receive one continuous 2-metre piece.

What are your shipping times?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times within Australia typically range from 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by signing in to your customer account and viewing your order history. 

Creating an account makes it easy to track all your orders in one place. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one by clicking the sign-in link and entering your email address. You'll receive a verification code to access your account - no password required!

What is your returns policy?

Please note that we only offer refunds if the fabric is faulty. If you receive faulty fabric, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Fabric must be unused and unwashed. We're committed to ensuring you receive quality fabric and will happily replace or refund any faulty items.
