Refund Policy

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect the terms within.

All purchases of items and payments are final.

Refunds and Exchanges

You will only be entitled to a refund or exchange if the item you purchased has a pre-existing fault or if an incorrect item has been sent to you.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any other circumstances. To confirm, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of the following:

- If you have washed or cut your item.
- If you change your mind.
- If your item is a slightly different colour than how it appears on your device’s screen (please refer to section 5 of our Terms of Service for further detail).

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, any items purchased using a discount code cannot be refunded.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please email a clear picture/s of the incorrect item to threewishespatchworkfabric@outlook.com. We will assess the item and email you with our decision.

If you believe you have received an item with a pre-existing fault, please email a clear picture/s of the pre-existing fault identified to threewishespatchworkfabric@outlook.com. We will assess the item and email you with our decision.

If you are approved, you should then advise us via email at threewishespatchworkfabric@outlook.com if you would like the item to be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that you used to make the purchase. We may contact you to confirm or request your payment details.

If you havent received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next you should contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping 

To return your item that has been approved for either a refund or an exchange, you should mail it to: 21 Market St, Boorowa NSW 2586, Australia.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for items that are approved for either a refund or an exchange, subject to you emailing us documentation providing evidence of the shipping cost. 

All returns must be posted via the use of a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
