Spun from certified Egyptian-grown, extra-long staple cotton with precision dyeing in one-inch colour changes, King Tut delivers exceptionally low lint and a smooth, consistent stitch. The tight 3-ply twist means it glides through your machine without shredding or breaking, making it a joy to use on both home and longarm machines. It can also be used for hand quilting.

Recommended needle: Topstitch #90/14. Suggested bobbin thread: MasterPiece or So Fine!

How We Cut Fabric

We cut fabric in 50cm units unless otherwise specified in the product description (e.g., fat quarters, end of bolt remnants, and pre-cut bundles).

Regular Fabric

Each unit of fabric you add to your cart is cut as follows:

Units Size
1 unit 50cm × 110cm
2 units 1 metre × 110cm (continuous cut)
3 units 1.5 metres × 110cm (continuous cut)
4 units 2 metres × 110cm (continuous cut)

Note: Multiple units will always be cut in one continuous length.

Fabric Panels

For fabric panels, each unit you add to your cart equals one complete panel:

2 units 2 panels (continuous cut)
3 units 3 panels (continuous cut)
4 units 4 panels (continuous cut)

Note: Multiple panels will always be cut in one continuous length.
