No-mist formula

Water-based & solvent-free

Acid-free, odourless & colourless

Voted best basting spray year in and year out, Odif 505 makes basting faster, easier, and completely pin-free.

A no-mist formula that won't gum up your needle, transfer to your quilt top, or leave any sticky residue. Think Post-it note glue for fabric — the adhesive evaporates when handling and disappears completely when washed.

Perfect for basting quilt layers, holding appliqué shapes in place, positioning embroidery backings, and securing fabric during cutting and pattern placement.

Fabric Cutting Guide

How We Cut Fabric

We cut fabric in 50cm units unless otherwise specified in the product description (e.g., fat quarters, end of bolt remnants, and pre-cut bundles).

Regular Fabric

Each unit of fabric you add to your cart is cut as follows:

Units Size
1 unit 50cm × 110cm
2 units 1 metre × 110cm (continuous cut)
3 units 1.5 metres × 110cm (continuous cut)
4 units 2 metres × 110cm (continuous cut)

Note: Multiple units will always be cut in one continuous length.

Fabric Panels

For fabric panels, each unit you add to your cart equals one complete panel:

Units What You Get
1 unit 1 panel
2 units 2 panels (continuous cut)
3 units 3 panels (continuous cut)
4 units 4 panels (continuous cut)

Note: Multiple panels will always be cut in one continuous length.
